My Bacon Is Wrong. The Cleanest and Best Way to Cook It 

My preferred method for frying bacon has always been using a skillet.   

It turns out that baking bacon is the way to go.  

The bacon is crispier, cleaner, and needs less attention and work when cooked on a rack.

Although bacon is never going to be considered "healthy," cooking it on 

a rack in the oven rather than in a pan of oil helps to remove more fat and grease from the strips. 

Bacon cooked in the oven is now my go-to way, especially when I'm making a big batch.
